Shipping and delivery

We are not shipping from stock. Each piece is made in a production run, after its offer is accepted and paid. Production runs close on the dates shown on each piece’s page. Accepted pieces are made in that run. The delivery date is confirmed in the acceptance email, before you pay. If that date moves, we write to you before it passes and you can cancel for a full refund.

48 to 72 working hours within mainland Spain. The Balearics, the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla have their own timings and costs, stated in the acceptance email before you pay.

Shipping to mainland Spain is included in every accepted piece. For any other destination, the cost and the timing are stated in the acceptance email before you pay.

Import duties and taxes may apply. If they do, they are stated in the acceptance email, before you pay.

When the parcel leaves you get the tracking number at the same address you made the offer from. Your sealed certificate travels with the piece.
